Inky Addicts and new stamps

I had a lovely day yesterday at inky addict in Norfolk. The class this time was using distress paints, creating backgrounds, stamping with them and using them to colour in.
Jane brought along her shop and it would have been rude not to but some new GORGEOUS paperartsy stamps.

I fell in love with the poppy stamps.

The above piece was made with brusho paints and a new stencil.

more from the poppy stamp set. I borrowed my sisters white sharpie pen to highlight ( I need one of those pens)

It doesn't show too well on here, but I used a wink of Stella brush pen on part of the flower head.

I came back with lots of inspiration .

  2. Sounds like you had a fabulous day Sue & the results are lovely.
So Sharpie have brought back their white pens - must have a look out for them as they were super. I bought one about 10 years ago and have been trying to find a replacement ever since as I lost mine at a crop.

  4. Hi Sue,
I'm so glad you had fun over the weekend. I'm thinking more and more that I live in the wrong part of the country as nothing like that ever happens here :(...maybe I should try for an exchange to move closer to Gwyn once she heads east lol. I love the poppies, they are adorable. It looks like another stamp set for my wish list lol. xx
