Pastel Poppies and Gelliplate
So , I am still playing with the poppy stamps ( getting my money's worth ;)). Today I got the Gelliplate out and now I have four more acrylic colours, I though I'd have a play.
I took about 7 or 8 Pressings this time in greens, pinks and lemon.
The poppy is painted with distress stain ( worn lipstick) and a mixture of brusho paints.
I have edged it with a white paint pen and used glossy accents on the seeds.
The middle had a sparkly wink of Sella pen on it.
I loved playing with the Gelliplate and will be using more of the backgrounds later this week.

Another lovely piece with those pretty poppies Sue. The Gelli plate prints look great and I like the way you've used white on the edges of the flowers. It's lovely. Barbxx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colours Sue. The finished card looks wonderful and it sounds like you are having a lot of fun with your gelliplate.
