Keep on Crafting

As we continue into lock down - I still have loads of projects to do - there is SO much online , I was finding it difficult to choose. The card above was made along with the Facebook live from Tracy Evans who designs for Aall & Create. Her "lives" are over on her You Tube page if you would like to see them HERE. She is also doing an new online tutorial next weekend - you can still sign up for this by checking out her face book page and sending a request.

I loved the colours in this card - her was slightly larger but I wanted to make mine fit a card blank i had for 5 x 7.

We even used the dreaded flitter glue and flakes of gold ( I get it everywhere !!) That glue is ultra sticky.

I have made a batch of simple "rainbow" cards to send to some of the pupils who I would normally support in Well being or who are young carers. This is the first lot.

I made a few like this for some of the boys. I still have a few to do but will probably keep going until we are back at school.

I have been continuing to use my lovely kitchen aid mixer and made bread and rolls yesterday, along with pear and cinnamon pancakes for breakfast and some flapjacks to have after tea.

I missed the wonderful ATDML virtual retreat this weekend - loads of gorgeous scrapbook classes from some amazing teachers  but the great thing is the classes will be there for sometime - so I can catch up when ever I get chance. All HERE .
Fingers crossed that I will be able to attend in person in the Autumn.

We have at least another three weeks in lock down but I still have so much I can do ( apart from keep my lot occupied - as they have no placement or support atm)
I have not read a book yet and I have 100's ready to read or listen to, I have not picked up any jewelry making tools for a while or any wool and I need to finish my embroidery and learn new recipes and get out into the garden -when my seeds finally arrive!

Take care - Keep safe
Back soon
