I had a wonderful week off last week and was able to do some actual scrap booking. I did about 12 pages all together - which is almost unheard of for me - especially in just over a week! On my desk today ( photographed on Tuesday night, but It wont change for a while) , is the start of another page. There is a challenge on over at UK Scrappers to use a photo of someone pulling a funny face - this one fits the bill.
you may also notice that even though I have only just been bought a lovely Scan N cut (the bow boarder was cut on this) , I have still managed to buy the new Tim Holtz dies AND try them out quickly- how gorgeous are they ??!
That it for today - will do my best to look around after work.
Only four weeks and two days till the end of term ( not that I am counting ;) ).

Love the photo - looking forward to the finished layout, I've never been able to make my mind up on which digital cutter to buy so my Big Shot is as exciting as it gets at the moment! Loving the new dies though - beautiful!

ReplyDeletethe photo fits the bill indeed.Since i bought my silhouette cameo I haven't felt the need to buy dies anymore. But can see why you did, it's beautiful. happy woyww Vicky#3
ReplyDeleteLove those dies! I have a cricut which was supposed to cut down on how many dies I bought but I still buy dies!! Sometimes it's quicker to just grab a dies rather than set the Cricut up to cut....and I prefer dies when I want something cut from a particular area of the paper...I never manage to get it quite right with the cricut!

That is indeed a gorgeous die! I wonder if you could just scan and cut the image of it instead of having to buy it. Of course it would be naughty, but if it's just for your own personal use, nobody needs to know! Happy scrapbooking! zsuzsa #38
