A day out
I spent the day at the Inky Addicts Norfolk group. I didn't get that much done, this card just needs a sentiment.
The background is made with distress inks and a stencil . I also stamped the tiny flower stamp - which may or may not be Lavinia stamps.
I adore Paperarts stamps especially the floral ones. This one was stamped coloured with distress stains and then cut out. I highlighted the flower heads with some of the new tonic nuvo glitter drops in Silver moondust.
I made two tags.
The class was how to use the pearlised paints and I took my H2O's with me.
The flowers on the tags were painted with theses.
I have also stamped, painted and cut out a couple of flower heads to do something with later.
I managed to get my hands on some of Tim's new distress crayons to have a play with ...shame I have to go to work tomorrow!

That's such a pretty card, Sue. I wish there was somewhere within public transport range that I could go to and play with like-minded crafters. Sadly, there doesn't seem to be anything in my part of Cornwall that fits the bill...mind you, there isn't much of anything in Cornwall. We have no Greggs bakers, no Ikea, no Primark (until the very first store is finished here in Truro...gasp!!). We have hardly any craft shops and no groups that I can get to - the closest is at least two bus rides away and at night with no way of getting home after. I'm beginning to think that I now live in totally the wrong part of the country lol.
