Getting the hang of this

 There are no rules in art journal ling and you just play until you like what you see( or not) .

I still don't like my hand writing much though ..I must get out that " love your handwriting" book i bought years ago and practise!

 I have a box full of chipboard shapes that I "just had to have" , some are quite old.

I gessos the page and shapes and then painted with white acrylic pain. The shapes were stenciled with distress ink and then sealed with glitter paint.

 I used distress paint and ink on the background and spritzed with water and inks.

 I also added some liquid pearls.

The sun has come out so I am off to do some gardening.
