Quick update

My poor blog has been neglected. It has been busy here at home - school work from 8.30 till after 4and then cooking tea and a very little cleaning - I have not had time to upload.

I have made some jewellery and these earrings are my personal favs. I just LOVE tourmaline .

I watched Katie Parkers you tube on how to make these tree of life pendants with the woven bail and the beads around the outside. I made the bronze one first - you can see that I have improved since then.

I was asked to make a set in memory of a pupil - I am not used to using red but found some round carnelian and some crystal beads as well as the rainbow moonstone.  I also made a bracelet and earrings to match .

She was very happy with the result - phewww.

I love making these fiddly drop earrings- these are made from Apatite.

These are clear quartz.

I am back to work tomorrow - hopefully I will get chance to post a bit more - I have lots of new supplies toplay with and am halfway though a little book - made with some of Janet Klein's new stamps.
