Happy New Year
I had intended to post a bit more this month - at least I managed to get one last post in before the new year.
I wanted to buy a planner for the new year - i am definitely a "list" person and do manage to keep on top on more things by creating loads of lists and I already have a small A6 Filofax ready for work/home . I wanted a bigger Planner and spent ages doing my research. My fav is This one:
Isn't it BEAUTIFUL?! I have lusted over this for a little while - and all the accessories that go along with it. The planner alone i found (cheapest) £62 .
With the washing machine dying and Derek's car in the garage, I had to re think.
I have ended up upcyling an old black leather A5 Filofax - I may decorate the binder at some point.
I taught myself how to create the daily inserts in Word - i even watermarked the pages with some of my old art work.
I created the title pages with card and Bo Bunny/Graphic 45 papers that i have horded - feels good to actually use them.
The cover needs sorting .
Some of my pens and January's title page.
I plan to use the same style for each month ( and use up some scraps too)
These are cut from the Bo Bunny calender sheets( I have had them for a while).
I made a marker to keep my place.
The watermark on this page is from the Internet but i intend to use my own images for the rest of the year. I have made a different style for each month. The back of the page is plain so I can add either artwork or photos.
That's it for now.
Happy New Year

The planner you wanted is lovely but I do think your old one is absolutely perfect now that you've added your own personal touches. Happy New Year . xx
