WOYWW 409
I don't get to play along very much at the moment , but I am making the most of the Easter break to catch up with the desk hop. ( If you would like to join in with the weekly hop around some amazing craft desks, pop along to Julias Blog to see all the details and the starting point).
To the left of my desk, are my recent paper craft buys- some Yummy Tim Holtz Oxide inks and a new stencil. I couldn't resist the tree of Life Stamp , especially as I have made loads of Tree of life Necklaces , I thought the stamp could be used in the packaging somehow.
I have started to make a little more complex jewellery and recently bought this DVD but as my DVD player on my PC has decided not to work- I have not got very far - I will have to Steal/borrow hubby's laptop!
Just some of my recent makes - I am in the process of finding storage/organising them and have supplies arriving very soon ..eeek. It's never ending.
gorgeous pieces of jewelry , and that deep red stamp (?) is very appealing kind of tree Celtic knot combo - very nice.. . dxxx#17

Hi Soojay, lovely jewellery pieces. I've just bought some earring posts to reapair some earrings, and am about to order some flatback semi precious stone cabochons to make some more. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #6 XxX
ReplyDeleteLovely jewellry pieces, and the DVD looks great if the beautiful necklace on the front is anything to go by! I have recently treated myself to that TH stencil but am determined to hold out on the Oxides, although it's getting harder as everyone seems to be producing beautiful work with them.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy playing with your new stash, and thanks so much for the earlier visit,
Have a great week,

I'm still on the hunt for the oxides so have fun exploring them, I can't wait to get my hands on them, I adore the distress inks.
ReplyDeleteYour jewellery looks beautiful, something I am trying to resist getting into, I know once I started buying beads, I'd never stop.

Love the beadwork. before my hands gave out it was my passion. Your work is very professional and beautiful. For storage i bought plastic drawers . They were the only craft where I managed the storage with any success.

I love that last pic very much - the tumble of beads and colours are just beautiful! Good luck with the necklace kit, it looks quite tricky to me. The stencil is absolutely gorgeous and would look fab on packaging.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise you had family close to me! Maybe we could have a meet up next time you're down :-D
