WOYWW 341
A big mess! I am still working on my JYC book but of course am not up to date! ( that's all the papers etc to the left of the desk. I am in the middle of making around 20 mini calendars ( I have made 6 so far!) They WILL get done but not all in time for Christmas ( it will give me something to do over the holiday ;))
I have three completely finished and popped into bags.
This one needs a little something more on the cover , some ribbons added to the book ring and then onto the next.
They are quite fiddly and take about 3/4 of an hour to make each one .
If you would like to join in with the hop - Pop over to Julia's blog to find the info.

Hi Sue.....you ARE a busy girl. Good luck with getting them finished.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

Well done for finishing 3 ... the size would mean lots of fiddly work. But I am sure worth all the effort.

Wow! They certainly are beautiful. And in a special little bag. So pretty. They make really good presents. People usually cherish something hand made.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week and don't get too stressed,

Hope you manage to get all your calendars finished. You must let us have a better look next week. Have a great woyww and happy crafting, Angela x 25
ReplyDeleteOh my word they are lovely what a great gift idea. Although, cough cough, maybe not in huge numbers like that! The gift bags look amazeballs too, no wonder the JY is a little behind!
ReplyDeleteLove those little calendars and the gift bags are very elegant!!

I would have been by sooner, but my life took a major meltdown today when my washing machine hose broke. After I got all the water and mess cleaned up, I was off to buy a new hose and install it.
ReplyDeleteThose are incredible gifts and the bags are equally gorgeous. I understand fiddly, and know how long a project like those calendars can take. Hope you get back on track with your JYC soon.
Happy belated WOYWW from #1.
Your calenders are great, what a lovely idea - I love the pearly heart too! You've certainly set yourself a task making 20! Have a good week,
