Lyrics and quotes Challenge No 2

I Chose to use a Quote again and the words were either "Dazzle" or "Silence"

As you can see i Chose SILENCE.

 I used stickers for some of the words and Tim Holtz grunge board letters.

Both have been painted. The Grunge Board has also has perfect pearls rubbed over them.

 The background has been painted and then I punches out papers to "quilt" over it before I put the words on.

Some of the edges of the blocks have enamel "dots" on them.

 I hand drew and glittered some of them.
