Another of the new designs from Meljen ( not i am not on commission) .
Coloured with my copics and a little glitter glue.
I added the liquid pearls in pale blue to the dots.

Someone asked me a few days ago "how do you get the tops rounded ?" Liquid pearls usually have a point on the top- I just give the back of the piece of card a quick flick/tap - like you would if you were to remove extra glitter flakes or extra embossing powder. It only needs a gentle tap and the liquid settled to a rounded dome.
