it's Friday..Its a new Dilly Beans Challenge.

 This week's challenge is to use pastels.

I couldn't resist using the new mermaid stamps ( one might not even be in the store yet, so you get a sneaky preview!) 

They are coloured with copic pens.

 I have been rummaging in my older scrap book papers again and found these "waves" and shell papers. 

 I also got my sizzix out and cut the shell dies ( again bought years ago) I brushed on some white pearlised paint as the paper was a little too bright .

 Then added lots of pretty pearls.
