New Stamps

 I first saw these on pinterst and found it really difficult to not order straight away.  As you can see, I gave in anyway- they are out of stock in quite a few stores or on back order. I managed to grab them from here  I just noticed that they are also out of stock  here as well - My sweet Friend Jane says she is waiting for an order so do check out her store soon.

 I cut a piece of watercolour card from crafters companion into four and chose four of the birds to stamp.

I stamped with black stazon ink.

 I used a combination of watercolour pencils ( a mixture from various craft shops) and watercolour paints.

 I added a little shadow  underneath and

 used glossy accents on the eyes.

 The first card assembled.

I used some gorgeous paper that I stole off my sister Annette for the background.

 I LOVE the prima jewels.

 So Cute.

 Can you tell I am using up paper from my scrap box again.

 A few blue pearls to decorate.

I kept both cards reasonably plain as the stamps are so cute- I didn't want to take attention away from them.

I 'll be back with the other two soon ( can you believe I have lost the red stamped bird already? - if you could see the state of my desk , you would understand!- I am sure its in a pile of stuff somewhere.)
