Week end at Debden

Sorry a bit picture heavy! I finally ( Thanks Ginge) got to use Copic pens! and here is my very first attempt ( again thanks for the lesson Ginge) .

Yes..I had noticed that there is no sentiment on the card! I will pop one on later. I also now need those lacy nestie dies ( Thanks Nets) .

My second attempt...not so great. I do think she looks abit like she had a bad spray tan!

I love how vibrant the colours are though.

Back to water colours. Painted a week or two ago with H2O's and pencils.

One of my very Favourite stamps. I am going to enter this one into the Deep Ocean Challenge No 3.

This is a digi stamp from "Make it crafty" Again water coloured.

I pinched these papers from Deb and she made the Tim Holtz style flower to decorate cupcakes at the weekend. I just added die cuts and stickers.

I do love craft weekends were we swap stash!

Another "Make it crafty" Digi Stamp .

I didn't have any tiny wax seals but I did have some wax crayons. I melted the red one with my heat gun and let it drip onto the image and then stamped into it.

A simple card with stolen stash on it..Deb made the windmills to put onto our gift boxes, i took some on the table i was sitting on ( probably Ginge , as I stole most of her "stuff") and then made another myself :)
This is the one I made LOL.

Ann had a great idea, to take the gift box( plastic) apart and use it as a template to make our own and fill with some of the THOUSANDS of sweets that Deb brought for the weekend. She made this and I decorated and filled it. I Do LOVE my crafty friends :D

I had a brilliant weekend with lovely people, great food and great accommodation. Other pics are on my other blog

  1. Gorgeous work love the gift box that is beautiful. Stunning work with the copics, I haven't tried them I have only just got into promarkers. I have also just bought the two top image stamps along with eight others by same designer which arrived today, I can't wait to get to have a play. It's after seeing the images on your blog that I fell in love with them and wanted to have ago :)
