Sweet Pea Stamps
I love these stamps..I know they have been around for a little while. I just thought they looked a little intimidating to colour. This was done (as always) with water colour pencils and a little stickles and liquid pearls to highlight. I am not brave enough to use pens, apart from the cost of them, they seem scary to use.
This was made for one of daughter friends..they are all 16 this year ( seems like most of them are this month too!).

I have also painted her in red , just need to make the card up ( after a quick taxi service for dort!).
I bought my stamps from these two stores: 3D Jean and Crafts and Me . IF you can't wait..who can!! Jean has a faster delivery service and Crafts and me also do something similar in Digi stamps.

She is gorgeous:)
ReplyDeleteStunning Sue!! Her eyes seem to look right into mine - kinda spooky!
ReplyDeleteRe. the pencils, I think you do such a brilliant job so why change. I have moved onto Aqua Markers - only 48 or so of those and you can mix them (at least I do!) on a white tile or perspex block to suit. I then use a fine paintbrush to pick up the colour. Have tried using them straight onto images and then blending out but prefer the painting technique! Di x
