More from ATDML retreat

This Gorgeous project was designed by Jane Hewitt. I just love what she does with Graphic 45.
This was the class i signed up for first and I was not dissapointed.
I didn't like Graphic 45 papers when they first came out , but after using them in Jane's classes ,I am in Love with them and my stash is growing!

The project is a clipboard organizer.

The left hand side has a row of envelop pockets and the right hand side has one pocket  ( I still have to finish this side off as there should be a strip of elastic along the top for pens.

I will also probably add a magnetic closure for when it is hanging up and in use as it tends to open up.

A few close ups of the cutting out.

We used blackboard paint on the back of the clipboard- what a great idea!!

The papers are Graphic 45 Typography.

Still have loads more to share.

A couple of pages

I took 6 classes at the ATDML retreat this year - I loved them all as I got to do things that I don't always have time to do or remember to do. I also learned quite a few new ideas .
This was Katherine Sutton's class . I love her classes as she always uses lots of texture and mixed media. I made my page more "girlie" than hers by using more pink .

We made a shaker heart, which looks great and I just wouldn't think to make one. I Love the bark heart.

We also added cheese cloth and flecks of glod paint.
The papers are Crate Maggie Holmes Flea Market.

***

This is Mel Hand's Class ( the photo is of my BIL - I have left the journalling for later)
Gorgeous papers and wooden embellishments.

We stained the Jew drops with alcohol inks .
The papers are Authentique Natural.

I still have loads more to show you .
Of course i COULD have taken photographs at the retreat IF i hadn't accidentally left my camera on and drained the battery !!!... no I didn't take a charger either .

Prima Doll Halloween NO 4

This Doll "fell" into my basket last week when the store had free postage - So actually it would have been silly not to get her ;)

Coloured with copics to look more like a zombie ( and because it was different ).

I used my inkadinkadoo Halloween stamps and a generous spraying of Lava (blood) red Cosmic shimmer.
