Not been here for a Looong time! Work recently left little time for blogging and sharing BUT ...I am on H O L I D A Y yaayy!
As you can see, I have been jewelry making ( or collecting beads as hubby like to call it). I have not stopped paper crafting and if you look at that rubbish bin, it is full of paper scraps from my last post of tag making.
That lovely cup , has remnants of my coffee in it and was given to me on the last day of term by a lovely pupil to say thanks. I have used it every day since then :).
Some of my latest makes I am definitely hooked and have even opened up an Etsy shop ( mostly so I can buy more beads).
Just a small selection of my beads and findings...shhhhh .
I would like to thank everyone ( very late!) who swapped ATC's with me for the anniversary, I received some truly gorgeous cards.
If you would like to join in with this weeks hop around the desks, Pop over to Julia's blog where all the info and links are.
Soojay xx
What a lovely parting gift. I know you treasure it. Beading needs to come with warning signs. Who knew you could put so much money in a small space. lol Pretty beads. Peg R #8

ReplyDeleteIt is a lovely mug, I also love the name of your blog. I have been tempted to try my hand at beading - but I think my paper habit is using up all my available funds! hugs, donna #40
ReplyDeleteSoojay, love your bead collection! I have quite a stash myself, although I have curbed my jewelry making here lately due to my art journal/tag fetish! Buying beads was a bait of sickness for me for years, so I totally gotcha on that one! :) Enjoy yourself, I think having something we truly love to do is okeedokes!!! My problem is I just swapped my buying fetish for beads to art products! Ugghhhh...oh well! LOLOL Blessings, Felicia #37
ReplyDeleteHi Soojay, My friend is very much into beading and has loads of storage boxes full, but she still wants more:)
ReplyDeleteMug was a nice thought by your pupil.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Happy WOYWW

Very nice collection of beads. I also like all the colors and textures beads offer.
ReplyDeleteI know all about making things to feed the habit. Think lots of crafters catch that virus.
